MOJ 13 NOMS Care Leavers Guidance OCT 13.pdf

The aim of this guidance is to help Offender Managers and Offender Supervisors assess and plan work with young adults who are care leavers both in custody and the community.  It provides practical steps on devising and implementing sentence plans to improve the support available to young adult care leavers in order to help them desist from offending and make an effective transition to adulthood.
